This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) is issued by ULYANA SERGEENKO LADIES' GARMENTS TRADING, a company incorporated and registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates with commercial license number 1126724 and its registered office at PO Box 32692, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company,” “ULYANA SERGEENKO”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) trading as ULYANA SERGEENKO for its own benefit in the United Arab Emirates. 

This Policy should be read together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other applicable policies governing your use of our Website www.ulyanasergeenko.ae (‘Website’).

Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays. 
You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped. 

Delivery Timeframes
Domestic (UAE): Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. For orders placed before 4:00 PM UAE time, we provide same-day delivery in Dubai.
International: Delivery times outside the UAE typically vary between 5-21 business days depending on the destination and will be calculated more precisely based on your shipping address. 
Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, regulatory inspections, local postal services, or events beyond our control.

Tracking
Each order is shipped with a tracking number, which will be shared with you once your package is dispatched. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery in real time.

Delivery and Liability
We deliver to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery is considered complete and successful when the package is delivered to the specified address and/or received by the recipient or authorized person. 
Signature confirmation might be required for high-value orders or for added security upon delivery.

Please note, 
if your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, customer unavailability, or failure to pay required taxes/duties, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable fees, which will be deducted from your refund unless the failure is due to our error.

Lost or Damaged packages
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported to us within 5 days of the expected delivery date or actual delivery date, which is earlier; we may request proof and will investigate in line with the applicable laws.

Packaging
We ensure that all items are packed with the utmost care to preserve their condition during shipment. While we are not responsible for damages caused by third-party carriers, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will work towards a resolution in accordance with the laws applicable.

Taxes and Duties
Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes and duties imposed by the destination country.
We ship all international orders on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means:
The prices displayed on our Website are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
Upon arrival at Customs, you are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes to receive the order.
As we are unable to estimate or advise the exact amount of these charges, we recommend that you contact your local customs office or tax authority prior to placing your order.

Important: 
If your order is delivered and you refuse to pay the taxes or duties required by the legislation of your country, the cost of return shipping and any associated charges will be deducted from your refund.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These might include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, pandemics, government actions, or carrier service interruptions.

Governing Law
This Shipping policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 
Any disputes arising from shipping matters will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.  

Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make changes, we may notify you by:

  • Displaying an updated banner on our Website or;
  • Sending you an email notification to your registered email address or;
  • Publishing an updated version with a new effective date (updated date).

It is your responsibility to check our Shipping Policy for updates and/or updated version of the Shipping Policy. Your continued use of our Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
