Timeframes

You may return your ulyanasergeenko.ae purchase in full or in part within 14 days of receiving your online order.

Return Conditions

Do not use the item you plan to return — it must remain new, with all sewn-in tags, labels, and protective stickers intact. Items must be returned unused with all ULYANA SERGEENKO tags still attached. All items returned will be examined by us to ensure they match the description and are of expected quality as mentioned above. Inspection and handling that allows us to assess the product carefully and ensure its resalable conditions and will not disqualify returns unless any garments will appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will look into the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items), underwear, swimwear, and personal care goods (beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is processed, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 7 business days. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method except for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders. We will process approved refunds within 3 business days. Any additional delay is due to banking system processing beyond our control.
Please remember that refunded amount to your bank account or credit card my take up to 14 days as the bank and credit card providers require some time to process and reflect the refund. 
Refund for COD (Cash on Delivery) will be refunded via bank transfer to your designated bank account. You will be contacted to provide secure banking details for the refund transfer. Refund for COD (Cash on Delivery) may be issued as accounts points for your convenience.

Initiating an Online Return

To start a return, contact us at shop@ulyanasergeenko.ae. Once the return is initiated, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
